Dingli Horizontal Carbonization Furnace Successfully Installed and Commissioned in the Philippines

Our Philippine customers have adopted our horizontal carbonization furnace, designed to efficiently convert coconut shells into high-value-added biomass carbon. During operation, the raw materials undergo uniform heating and thorough carbonization, resulting in a final biomass carbon product characterized by a high fixed carbon content and consistent quality. Since commissioning, the production line has operated smoothly and has garnered positive feedback from the client; the project has not only achieved the efficient utilization of resources and enhanced economic returns but has also laid a solid foundation for future capacity expansion.
