On the morning of June 29, 2026, Zhengzhou Dingli successfully held its internal preparatory meeting for the 21st National Drying Conference. A dedicated working group for the entire conference process was formally established, officially commencing preparations for this major industry event.

The 21st National Drying Conference, hosted by the Chemical Engineering Professional Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society and the Drying Industry Branch of the China General Machinery Industry Association, and co-organized by Henan University of Technology and Zhengzhou Dingli, will be held in Zhengzhou from October 22 to 24, 2027. The conference theme is "Innovation-Driven, Intelligent Drying – Integrated Development of a New Industrial Ecosystem," and it serves as a leading platform for industry-academia-research exchange in the domestic drying field.

This internal kick-off meeting clarified the overall organizational structure and established seven core working groups based on the conference preparation needs: Secretariat, Academic Content, Venue and Activities, Publicity and Promotion, Sponsorship, Finance, and Logistics. The responsibilities of each group were detailed, and a dedicated, collaborative work mechanism was implemented. Key timelines for the entire preparation cycle were reviewed, and comprehensive plans were made for key tasks such as guest invitations, venue support, paper submissions, conference reception, and brand sponsorship.

As the main organizer, Zhengzhou Dingli will fully undertake core support tasks including venue and hotel selection, financial support, on-site arrangements, and logistical support. A regular communication mechanism will be established to ensure the orderly progress and effective implementation of all preparatory tasks.

This internal preparatory kick-off meeting further solidified the responsibilities of each position and clarified the direction of subsequent work. Next, the company's working groups will strictly adhere to the timelines and steadily advance all preparatory matters, collaborating with Henan University of Technology to coordinate all aspects of the conference preparations and create a high-standard, professional, and efficient industry exchange platform.

In the future, Zhengzhou Dingli will leverage its role in hosting this National Drying Conference to connect with national industry research and development resources, promoting the intelligent and green upgrading of the drying industry.
