Malaysia is one of the major palm oil producers, generating a large amount of palm shells during palm oil processing. Our palm shell biomass carbonization equipment offers a highly efficient solution to convert this biomass waste into high-value carbon products.
This system is specifically designed for the continuous carbonization of palm shells. Through controlled heating and an oxygen-deficient environment, palm shells are efficiently converted into biochar. The combustible gases produced during carbonization can be recovered and reused to provide heat energy for the system, thereby improving overall energy efficiency.

The finished palm shell charcoal can be further processed according to different needs to produce barbecue charcoal, hookah charcoal, biomass fuel, biochar, and activated carbon.
The complete production line can include equipment for feeding, drying, continuous carbonization, cooling, crushing, and forming (briquetting). This equipment features continuous operation, stable performance, and flexible configuration, making it ideal for palm oil mills, biomass processing enterprises, and charcoal production projects in Malaysia.
