Recently, our kitchen waste carbonization project in South Korea was successfully delivered and put into operation. The project is designed to process kitchen waste through controlled thermal treatment and convert organic waste into valuable carbon-based products.
Kitchen waste typically contains a high level of organic matter and moisture, making proper pretreatment and drying important before carbonization. In this project, the material is prepared and processed through an integrated system before entering the carbonization equipment. The controlled carbonization process helps reduce the volume of organic waste while producing a stable carbon-rich material.
The generated combustible gas can be recycled within the system as an energy source, helping improve overall energy efficiency during operation. The resulting carbonized material can be further utilized according to the customer's requirements, including soil improvement, biomass carbon applications, or other resource recovery purposes.
The successful implementation of this South Korean project demonstrates the practical application of carbonization technology in kitchen waste treatment. It also provides an efficient solution for converting organic waste into useful resources while supporting more sustainable waste management.
