Everyone must know that there are a wide range of raw materials for making machine-made charcoal. So friends who want to invest in making machine-made charcoal in the early stage must first consider the issue of raw materials. Only when raw materials are sufficient can better production be achieved.
What are the raw materials suitable for machine-made charcoal?
Such as; sawdust, bamboo chips, bamboo, wood sawdust and scraps, pure wood chips, wood, branches, fruit shells, corn stalks and corn cobs, etc. Different types of charcoal use different raw materials.
For example, the raw materials for export charcoal include: hardwood, pine sawdust or bamboo powder, hardwood, pine sawdust (or crushed branches) or bamboo powder account for the majority, and the rest can be mixed with fir and other softwood sawdust.
The raw materials of the most commonly sold machine-made charcoal barbecue charcoal on our market are:
1. Sawdust or bamboo powder accounts for the majority, and the rest is mixed with a small part of corn cob core, or cotton stalk, or corn stalk, or peanut shell, or sugarcane bagasse (after crushing) and the straw also needs to be crushed.
2. A small amount of sawdust or bamboo chips, but most of them are rice husks.
3. Most of the poplar wood, sawdust, and then mixed with a small amount of rice husk.
Let me explain here, it is not that rice husk cannot be used to make machine-made charcoal, but that rice husk machine-made charcoal contains a lot of ash and is not easy to fall ash.
It is also not possible to use all straw to make machine-made charcoal. Raw materials such as sawdust and bamboo chips can be mixed in. The quality of machine-made charcoal made in this way is better.
