First, the dryer needs to dry the moisture in the raw materials to 8%-12%. Because the charcoal machine pressed carbon rods have requirements for moisture. Carbon rods that are too wet are prone to clogging, and carbon rods that are pressed too dry will not form. Second, charcoal machine; charcoal machine is divided into two types: type 50 and type 80. The types of carbon rods include quadrilateral and hexagonal, which can be customized according to your own needs. Third: Carbonization furnace: The carbonization furnace is to put a lot of carbon rods into the furnace body for oxygen-free carbonization, and what comes out is machine-made charcoal or barbecue charcoal. No matter what kind of carbonization furnace can be used for carbonization.

2. If your raw materials are trees, bamboo, branches, wood chips, scraps from furniture factories, straw and longer raw materials containing wood fiber, you will need four pieces of equipment; crusher, dryer, charcoal machine, carbonization furnace These four pieces. The crusher needs to crush these raw materials into 8-12MM raw materials and then use them in the charcoal machine to make carbon rods. The remaining three devices have the same principles as above.

If you want small-scale production, the above basic equipment can meet your conditions. If you want large-scale production, it depends on how many tons of production you need per day, and the equipment needs to be added and adjusted. For large-scale production, the dryer needs to be a tumble dryer. The large output can meet the production volume of several tons per day. Carbonization furnaces and charcoal machines both need to be added. There is also a need for feeders, feeders, etc.
