Periodic maintenance extends the life of the carbonizer

 In addition to daily maintenance, the rice husk carbonizer needs to perform step-by-step periodic maintenance to cope with wear and performance degradation during long-term operation. Dividing the deep maintenance nodes by week, month, and quarter can significantly improve the reliability of the equipment.

 

Weekly key maintenance focuses on wearing parts. Check the wear of the spiral guide vane (thickness reduction>2mm needs to be replaced), clean the coking carbon slag in the inner barrel to prevent material flow obstruction; calibrate the temperature sensor probe at the same time to eliminate temperature measurement errors15.

Monthly comprehensive maintenance covers the power and cooling systems. Test the dynamic balance of the fan impeller. Exceeding the vibration value indicates bearing wear or blade carbon deposition; clean the water-cooled interlayer scale (citric acid cycle descaling is recommended) to ensure heat exchange efficiency and ensure that the carbon outlet temperature is ≤60℃49. The electrical system needs to tighten the wiring terminals and measure the motor insulation resistance (>5MΩ is qualified) to avoid the risk of arc short circuit3.

 

Quarterly deep maintenance targets the core structure. Disassemble the furnace body to check the cracks in the refractory lining (more than 3mm need to be repaired) to avoid heat loss; calibrate the coaxiality and adjust the axis deviation of the rotating parts (such as the auger of the carbon discharger). The tolerance must be controlled within the diameter of a hair (about 0.05mm) 810.

 

Step-by-step maintenance reduces the equipment failure rate by more than 40% through a hierarchical and focused maintenance rhythm, realizing the active management of "prevention is better than maintenance".
