1.Feeding & Drying: Wood chips, typically pre-sized for uniformity, are fed into the Carbonization Machine. An initial heating stage often removes excess moisture, preparing the biomass for the main reaction.

 

2.Pyrolysis (The Heart of Carbonization): The dried wood chips move into the pyrolysis chamber, the core of the Carbonization Machine. 4.Cooling & Discharge: The remaining solid material, now transformed into carbon-rich biochar, moves into a cooling section within the Carbonization Machine. Once safely cooled to prevent spontaneous combustion, the finished biochar is discharged, ready for collection.
 
5.The primary product is biochar – a stable, porous, carbon-rich material resembling charcoal. Its properties make it incredibly valuable for soil amendment (improving fertility and water retention), carbon sequestration (locking carbon away for centuries), filtration applications, and even as a renewable fuel source.
