The biomass charcoal briquette production line is designed to convert agricultural and forestry residues into dense, uniform charcoal sticks with commercial value. Common raw materials include sawdust, wood chips, bamboo powder, rice husk, coconut shell powder and other biomass residues.

The typical production process includes raw material crushing, drying, briquetting or charcoal stick forming, carbonization, cooling and final packaging. First, the biomass is crushed and dried to achieve suitable moisture content. The prepared material is then compressed into uniform biomass sticks or briquettes. After forming, the products can be carbonized in a controlled oxygen-limited environment to produce carbon-rich charcoal sticks.

Finished biomass charcoal sticks can be used as BBQ charcoal, shisha or hookah charcoal raw material, household fuel and industrial solid fuel, depending on the raw material and final product specifications. For higher-value products, the carbonized material can also be further processed through crushing, mixing and briquetting to produce customized charcoal products.
